Terms & conditions

The general terms and conditions of the Luxury – Fragrance Europe online store, www.luxury-fragrance.eu, are drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS).

The online store is operated by Luxury Fragrance. For inquiries, you can contact them at 040/ 549-591 or info@luxury-fragrance.eu. The company is registered with the District Court in Maribor, with the registration number 8626570000 and VAT number SI41569008.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms govern the operation of the Luxury – Fragrance Europe online store, the rights of customers and users, and the relationship between the provider and the customer. A customer is any person who has entered into a valid agreement for the purchase of goods with the provider via www.luxury-fragrance.eu (referred to as Luxury-Fragrance Europe).

By using the website, the user accepts and agrees to all provisions of these terms and acknowledges that they are familiar with the privacy policy. Both the provider and the customer mutually recognize electronic communications as valid written communication.

ORDERING

Upon receiving an order, the provider checks whether the ordered product is in stock and informs the user via email. The sales contract between the provider and the customer is concluded when the customer receives an email confirming the order. If the provider does not have the ordered product in stock, the provider will notify the customer by email and immediately refund any payment made for the item. Products will generally be dispatched within 5-7 working days, and delivery times depend on the product’s availability. Customers will be informed about any delays, which cannot exceed 5 working days.

NOTIFICATION PROCESS FOR PURCHASES

After placing an order, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted. Luxury Fragrance reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items, and either confirms the order or provides a reason for refusal. The seller may contact the customer by phone to verify data or ensure delivery accuracy. If Luxury Fragrance does not have the items in stock, the delivery time depends on the supplier’s schedule.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL/REFUND

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the customer, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The customer is not required to provide a reason for the withdrawal. The only cost to the customer is the return shipping fee. The return period begins one day after the receipt of the goods. The provider will refund the full payment for returned goods within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, provided that the items are in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging.

WARRANTY

Warranty periods are determined by applicable legal regulations. The customer must notify the provider in writing about obvious defects or deficiencies within 14 days after receiving the goods. The provider is not responsible for normal wear and tear or defects caused by improper or negligent handling or use under unusual conditions.

DATA PROTECTION

The provider processes customer data in accordance with Slovenian data protection laws. The customer agrees that the provider may process, store, and use personal data for business purposes, but not for confidential data. The provider will not share personal data with third parties unless requested by the customer or necessary for business purposes (e.g., to resolve complaints).

ACCESS TO CONTRACT

After submitting an order, the contract or order is sent to both the provider and the customer via email. All executed orders are stored on the provider’s server and can be sent to the customer upon request.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The provider is not liable for damages resulting from delays or non-delivery of items that are not available in the provider’s stock. The customer must provide all necessary data (e.g., phone number, correct shipping address) to avoid mistakes or delays. Liability does not apply to damages caused by intentional acts or gross negligence.

RETENTION OF TITLE

All products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

IMAGES

Product images are symbolic, and the provider reserves the right to not precisely represent the actual product in the image. The customer should refer to the product model rather than the image.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes arising from transactions, the parties will primarily attempt to resolve them amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the court at the provider’s seat and according to Slovenian law.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Luxury Fragrance complies with consumer protection laws and strives to resolve disputes amicably. In case of issues, the customer can contact the provider via email at info@luxury-fragrance.eu. Complaints are handled confidentially. Luxury Fragrance does not recognize any alternative dispute resolution providers as competent for resolving consumer disputes under the Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o izvensodnem reševanju potrošniških sporov).

PAYMENT

The available payment methods are PayPal, Maestro, Visa, and Stripe, with all payments secured using data encryption technology. After payment confirmation, the goods will be shipped to the provided delivery address, typically within 5-7 working days.

PRICES

All prices include VAT and are in euros unless otherwise stated. Prices are valid at the time of the order and are fixed once the order is confirmed by the provider. The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of data on issued invoices, and no later claims will be accepted.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes offer various benefits and are time-limited. The provider will disclose active codes according to marketing campaigns. The provider does not guarantee that a valid promotional code will be available at the time of purchase.
