What is the difference between designer and niche perfumes?
Designer perfumes are created by large fashion houses. They are often part of a larger collection that includes cosmetics, clothing, etc. These perfumes are more accessible and available in stores. They are designed to appeal to a broader audience, making them more commercial. As a result, they have higher recognition and are generally more affordable.
Niche perfumes are created by smaller, specialized fragrance houses. They are more exclusive and harder to find. Known for their uniqueness and creativity, niche perfumers are not bound by commercial trends. They use higher-quality and rarer ingredients. Niche perfumes are often more complex and require a more refined taste.
